Here’s how you can make the most of your trip:

1. Contact Us with Your Requirements

Let us know in advance what kind of products you’re looking for — the style of garments, fabric content, order quantity, and details such as trims or packaging.

Our team will prepare the relevant fabric swatches and material samples before your arrival, ensuring an efficient meeting once you’re here.

2. Schedule Your Factory Visit

Once your requirements are confirmed, you can book your preferred date and time for a factory visit and start planning your flight to Thailand.

3. Meet Us & Explore Material Options

Upon your arrival, we’ll arrange a factory meeting to discuss your project in detail. You’ll be able to see and touch the fabrics, choose your preferred materials, and finalize the garment styles.

After the meeting, you can make the sample development payment, and our team will begin producing your samples — which usually takes 7–10 working days.

While waiting for your samples to be ready, feel free to enjoy your vacation and explore Thailand’s beautiful destinations!

4. Fitting & Sample Review

Once your samples are completed, we’ll contact you to return to our factory for a fitting and final review. This step ensures everything meets your expectations before proceeding to production.

5. Quotation & Order Confirmation

After your approval, we will prepare the official quotation. You can then return to your home country while we handle the paperwork.

Once the quotation is confirmed and payment is received, we’ll begin full production immediately.
