For the convenience and clarity of our clients, we have compiled a list of frequently asked questions about garment production with our factory. These cover topics such as minimum order quantity (MOQ), production lead time, fabric options, branding services, and export support.
This Q&A will help you gain a clearer overview of how we work and make it easier to plan your production orders.

1. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Answer: Our MOQ is 400 pcs per color per style, with mixed sizes allowed.
2. Can I mix sizes in the order?
Answer: Yes, you can mix sizes within the MOQ.
3. How long is the production lead time?
Answer: Normally, sample development takes around 7–10 days, and bulk production takes about 45–60 days, depending on the style and order quantity.
4. What fabric options do you offer?
Answer: We offer a wide range of fabrics, such as Cotton 100% (#32, #30 comb), CVC (Cotton 60/Poly 40), TC (Poly 65/CT 35), Polyester 100%, Spandex, as well as Recycled and Upcycled fabrics.
5. Do you provide custom labeling and branding options (e.g., neck labels, logos, printing/embroidery)?
Answer: Yes, we provide a one-stop service for branding, including woven labels, neck labels, DTF/DTG printing, screen printing, embroidery, and custom logo packaging.
6. Can your factory help with clothing design?
Answer: Absolutely. Our design team can assist with design adjustments or creating artwork based on your requirements.
7. Do you handle export orders?
Answer: Yes, we have experience exporting to many countries and can prepare all required export documents, such as C/O, Invoice, Packing List, and Bill of Lading.
8. Can you produce custom specifications (e.g., extended length, special sleeve length)?Answer: Yes, we can adjust specifications and develop new patterns according to the client’s needs.
9. What is the price per piece?
Answer: Pricing depends on the type of fabric, order volume, and additional details. If you provide us with a sample or specific technical requirements, we will be able to give you a clear quotation.
10. Do you provide delivery to the client’s warehouse or destination?
Answer: Yes, we can deliver goods to the warehouse or destination specified by the client, with options for both domestic and international shipping (e.g., sea freight).
11. Can you send fabric swatches or garment samples?
Answer: Yes, we can provide fabric swatches. For garment samples, there will be a sampling fee, which depends on the garment’s details. For overseas shipments, samples will be sent under the client’s courier account (e.g., DHL, FedEx, etc.).
